Bug Description: Transfer all of your plasma to another xeno, and sometimes it will glitch. The glitch is that your meter will simply not regenerate, so it will stay at 0. I have had this happen to me where it would simply stop regenerating at any number.
Steps to reproduce:
1.Transfer those dank plasma units.
2.Watch RNGesus stop the regen.
3.Have someone give you plasma to bring back regen, or cry in a corner.

Can not reproduce. I've tried 10-20 times, not happening for me.
