Smart-gunner Armor Flashlight

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
I dont know why no one has brought this up, but seriously I think its time. The smart gunner's armor has a lamp, but the lamp cant be used. Its true that they have the eyepiece, but theyre view of what actually shows up in terms of enemies is still restricted and greatly improved based on the amount of light in an area. Most of time im more or less forced to bring a flashlight, or flare, because if i dont, i have visibility issues, and other marines can spot me in dark

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
Smartgunners can actually see more than a few tiles in front of them, and other marines would be able to spot them in the dark without having to bring a secondary light source.
