Mag harness for Specialist weapons.

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
Allow Mag harness to work on weapons like the SADAR, M92, and possibly the M42c.
Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
1. Would prevent marines from losing 1/4th of their special weaponry the moment the odd drone or other acid spitter spots a specialist weapon and proceeds to destroy it even without killing or disabling said specialist.
Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):
1. Might just help marines from losing their specialist weaponry so quickly and then complaining about their lack of firepower.

This would make the SADAR a bit too powerful. The SADAR and the M92 are supposed to be high damage, high risk weapons and if you can't hold onto them maybe specialist isn't the right job for you.
