Description of the incident: Avalona Moore, CO, killed Hank "The Tank" Scott without any reason. In addition to griefing, the CO didn't really know what she was doing. She may have came a little bit late into the round, but that's no excuse to not keep in touch with the squads to find out what was going on. When I asked her about if she could hear the squads, I received no reply. Her radio was not even configured to listen to squad channels and check the situation. When hearing that many marines were captured planetside, she then proceeded to shout to fortify the hangar when the aliens had not even accessed the shuttle console yet. The marines we did have left (6) could have formed into a squad but it was messy because, for the time she was there, she wasn't giving any valid orders. When I suggested the squad regroup, she was like, "Do that". I was disappointed by the lack of decision-making. Overall, Moore did not responsibly handle her job as CO.

How you would punish the accused:
I would hand out a server ban and a jobban from any Command position.

Seems like there was a communication issue, and Moore took this as Hank disobeying her orders (survivor being in a area not authorized for civilians it seems?). She then executes him a second after he returns.

It seems clear to me that Avalona Moore/Lucas99801 should receive a punishment, either in the form of a medium ban (3 days) or a command job-ban.

Janos Audron (hunk1) should also receive some form of punishment for using lethals against an otherwise defenseless Avalona Moore (logs suggest she was handcuffed, and did not pose a threat to him).

I'm not entirely sure to be honest. I've never had to deal with a situation like that before.

I agree with what happens. And i'm here for clarifications. Also, if a punishment will be applied to me, just let me know, i'll have to remove my application.

The reasoning i call the death of Avalona is because all the marines that supported me on the mutiny against that [redacted] Commander, agreed with me taking over as commander and try to do something else and coordenate with everyone. We were breached by aliens and a commander shooting our own asses is not cool. I'll admit, after she fired a incendiary gun on me and more 3 marines and she was GEARED to take us down, i took a little personal. So yes, it was overwhelming and unecessary force.
