Give ERTs "Swat Gloves" instead of Black Gloves

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): Title. The Swat Gloves found inside the Administrator's quarters on the colony offer both fire and a small amount of brute resistance. Which makes more sense for PMC or Iron Bears to have rather than just fire resistance gloves.

Since they are vulnerable to headcrabs it would make sense for them to be stronger in other areas, +1 from me

+1, because if they also come in contact with marines and they attack each other MARINES *WILL* AT ONE POINT REALISE THEY HAVE NO PROTECTION AT HANDS, this makes them drop they guns if they get fired there, xenos can also exploit this, making PMC's really suddenly weak as regular marines, but with a better rifle and facehugger protection

+1 to having more effective gloves for the ERTs to use, especially for Death Squad troopers scince there tends to be alot of people meta gaming and aiming for hands to counter the DS.
