give survivors randomized starting jobs/equipment

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
give survivors equipment based on the job they spawn with (along with some weapons , they've survived long enough to get a fucking pistol and armour)
Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
runners won't be able to instantly rape survivors in Nexus 10 seconds after the game has started
Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):
spawn survivors with an RNG job , then equip them with equipment for the job , as long with some randomized weapons (it would take a long time for the Sulaco to travel to the desolate LV world)
Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):
unsure , i have no clue how to code RNG.

I've got a small survivor polishing update in the works. I was originally aiming to roll it out this week with the food update, but finals have been distracting me.

You only spawn with a job specific jumpsuit and that's it currently so part of this suggestion is in, I guess.

As far as i am aware, survivors do get random outfit and equipment sometimes, if you get for example colonial marshall you get a spearhead, if you are a miner, a pickaxe and etc
