Bug Description: Once you unfasten a grille on planet, you can't screw it down unless it's placed on indoor tiles. Trying to do so results in hitting it with the screwdriver instead. This might be intentional, but the large barrier grilles on the planet are anchored by default.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Unfasten a grill on the ground.
2. Place it on some outdoor surface.
3. Try to fasten it with a screwdriver.
