Sorry if i don't know this but what is a Loyalty Implant ?

An implant that Nanotransen provides its security forces and heads of staff with to ensure that they are not syndicate operatives and remain loyal to the company.

It does not exist in the Aliens universe.

I believe the loyalty implant on the CM server keeps people loyal to Wey-Yu (and by extension, the Corporate Liaison).

The Liaison implant is for WY loyalty.. it functions more as a RP thing. Meaning you cant force inject people or run up to them and inject them while they're on a over-watch console.

Liaison is supposed to RPly convince people to be implanted or through a RP interaction. If you just run up and force eject people you cant expect them to follow WY.

I don't know if it works in the same way as regular bay implants, but there should be an 'implanter' in the box of implants that works similar to a syringe.

You load an implant into this syringe and use it on a marine to put an implant into the selected area.

Just two things in the liaison's loyalty implant box.

1 - It mentions Nanotransen in messages. (Quite bad for the immersion.)

2 - Actually it can be useful in an unexpected way. Researcher can develop tracking or chemical implants. The liaison's implanter accept those. Tracking implants can be placed in someon's head for quick recovery of this important body part. Chemical implants can be filled with beneficial drugs. (Both require a specific terminal do be used properly.)
