I was a bad commander for a round (it was my first game as commander) and when I came back I was job banned from all command roles. I have played a bit more now and feel I will be ready to take on command roles.

This is the player report on you for your actions as CO. Your actions in that role were so colossally detrimental to the round that it set a domino-effect of poor roleplay and griefing.

On top of that, your jobban, which is permanent, has only lasted a week so far. Whatever epiphany you've had in seven days about your ability to play this role isn't going to change our minds on this. It doesn't matter if YOU think you're ready for Command Roles. If WE don't think you are, you're not playing them. As the Investigator assigned to the original report that resulted in your jobban, I can't recommend that your job-ban be lifted.
