Bug Description: Xenos can use Shutter Control button by holding a hugger. I think it's a bug because if you try it with an empty hand, it makes you stare at it cluelessly instead.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Play as Xeno
2. Hold a facehugger
3. Let the facehugger press the Shutter Control button for you
Xenos can activate Dropship Shutters

Ive noticed a few odd similar bugs. like the facehuggers being able to unscrew grills, and marines being able to do the same while holding the pulse rifle
