Tip of the round

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
Each round, a random tip is displayed to every player.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
Newbies can learn useful stuff each round start.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):
Display the tip few seconds after world restart.

we could suggest some tips here in this thread maybe?

How about the anecdotal:
"When fighting Aliens, always aim for the chest. Center Mass for highest accuracy, and less damaging if stray rounds hit friendlies."

One person give me a good reason for this NOT to be implemented, then let me counter it by saying the good outweighs the bad.

Don't forget tips for Aliens! Things like 'don't pounce into a group of marines, ya Dingus!' Would definitely be useful from how I've seen the majority of new players act.

We, actually, need TWO tips - one permanent and one that will changes from round to round.
Permanent should be:
"As marine, don't aim in the head, because aliens take same amount of damage on every part of their body. When you aim in the head, you lower your chances to hit alien and if you hit your fellow marine few times even if they are still wearing helmet, they will have brain damage, broken bones and will start losing their sight. And remember, that in battle, huggers remove helmets from marines, that means, that you can accidently shoot marine without a helmet which can lead to his instant death/slow death in crit. Don't ruin other players' game. Don't aim in the head."

Damn, someone need to rephrase it to normal language.

Tip of the rounds are really helpful like "If your teammates are in trouble, try to help them as soon as you can!" or etc, even tho some might ignore it due to ignorance...

Yeah have my +1 for obvious reasons~ We should have some way that people can submit tips and then one of the mods or something can look through them and add them. I doubt the mods would want to go through all the work of adding a multiple number of tips

technical stuff, like "Bayonets can be crafted by using cable coil and a combat knife", things that most marines don't know about the mechanic that can help them.
