Bug Description: If you hit Generate NanoUI Map, there's no way to exit the dialogue.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Click button on accident
2. Oh god, what do
3. Hit enter without specifying a z level
4. Crash server.
Bug #2 : Moderators can access the verb for some reason.

3. Crash Server

The actual bug would be that it is supposed to be only accessed by developer rank.
