I am unsure as to how it happens, but are notes permanent or are they removed after a certain period of time? I've been feeling less and less drive playing on the server since hitting double digits.

They remain, but obviously really old notes are over-looked after some time.

I'm not sure why they would they remove them, seems like that would be going against the whole idea of notes.
If someone has done a bad deed and it goes back to 2013 or something, I'm sure the staff would take that into consideration.

On a side note, who should I message if I would like to have a look at my notes?
