make recoil comp a fitting choice for m41a

Never thought why it was never a fitting choice for it, its somewhat usefull if you have too much recoil

The recoil compensator goes on guns with high recoil... like the Revolver no one uses or maybe the shotgun. The M41a Mk2 has next to no recoil from what I've experienced in the game. -1

Recoil compensator for the M4 would allow for use of underbarrels in combination with the QFA and/or gyro, allowing it to be more robust. I like.

The M41 is already really robust, and this doesn't seem all that popular. Denied for now.
