Description of the incident
I'm the CMO, manning medbay and overseeing the medical team. Close to round-start an MP runs into an operating theatre, interrupting the doctor inside, I politely ask him to leave the room and wait outside to which I get punched and floored for it.
No biggie, I'll radio it and the CO replies saying that "he's had problems with that MP as well and he'll send Xiphos (another MP) to deal with it". Xiphos comes, my story checks out and Jason Wonka (the 'rogue' MP) is arrested. No issue so far, all somewhat IC and fairly harmless.

Fast-forward, Xiphos delivers me a wounded prisoner to operate on. I fix the cuffed prisoner up and radio for Xiphos to come retrieve his newly-patched-up prisoner. Jason Wonka storms in before Xiphos has arrived, grabs the prisoner and that's the last I see of both of them for a while. Whatever, he didn't cause me any grief he just collected a prisoner, I radio it on so that Xiphos knows and carry on my duties. A bit later on and we find the head of the prisoner, turns out that Wonka had shuttle-gibbed the guy.

Sent in an admin help, got a meh reply from Derpislav. Whatever, I'm not going to backseat moderate, it's his call. Some time passes and the guy (Jason Wonka) walks into medbay while I'm busy across the room from him, doesn't say anything, pulls out a .44 and shoots me dead.

I get cloned and ask in LOOC the following.
LOOC: Doc Morsov: do you think he was antag or griefer
LOOC: Terrel Lord: Greifer, he randomly treid to tase me ealier and I knocked him out

How you would punish the accused
Job-ban from MP, and maybe an additional ban on top of that. I'm not fussed but he definitely shouldn't be playing MP characters with this conduct.

After looking into the incident at hand and discovering quite a bit more due to note history and such, TheCoder will recive a 3 day ban for incidents that happend on the (18th) inculdeing, multiple greif incidents, Netspeak and BadRP.
