Bug Description: Putting on a powerpack doesn't show it on the character's back. This didn't seem to happen before.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Put on harness.
2. Put on powerpack.
3. It doesn't show on the character.

Locked. If you wear the harness without the powerpack, you'll notice the difference.
