unscrew requisitions

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
basically, the req console generates points at the normal ss13 rate, which while it may be okay for normal ss13, it is not here, especially with so many things you need to order, and they are all expensive, usually 40-60 points. Dont even get me started on the attachment crates, which need to either have their cost lowered greatly, or their equipment at the absolute least, doubled. req needs their costs altered, most of them lowered or equipment increased, and the requisitions console needs to generate points at about 4 times the rate it has now


Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
requisitions will actually be functional in doing its job supporting the marines

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):
it wont take the RO and his team 20 minutes to be able to fulfill a request from the squads leaders

Neutral.

Although I certainly wouldn't mind some of the crate packages getting a slight buff. Especially the armor crates. Especially Especially the Squad Leader Crate so long as it had a caveat that prevented the RO from ordering it for everyone.

if you are talking about the plasma in secure storage, yeah they patched up that so you cant sell plasma anymore, which really sucks, and if your talking about crates, then what did you think I was doing with my time?

I think attachments need to be more liberal for marines. I don't play that side much, but I think it would help balance things a bit when you have 3-4 really good xeno's working together.
