Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): I've noticed all paper is identical, except for the one Sergio Stone handed to me with a fancy format and it got me thinking. Why not have Researcher/Liaison get fancy paper, all header'd with a small section for the body and a signature section.
Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): The RP of otherwise boring slots. It would also encourage paperwork.
Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): As said, the Researcher and Liaison can enjoy paperwork and it would add to the professional air of the two spots.
Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): Code. Things. Excitement. (I have no fucking clue.)

+1 Yeah, it'd be nice. So far as Researcher or etc. I just add my signature to the end of papers to make it look professional. Doubt it'd be used much, but it'd be nice.

Not sure how much you know how the text editor used on paper that was pulled across with the Baycode, but all the formatting and stuff is all built in already, and available to use by anyone who knows how. Implementing set headers and the like is simple as making a section on the wiki similiar to the Bay wiki's paperwork section:

What I am talking about, is automatically having the paper formatted since most people are too un-knowledgeable about the ways of paper to set it up properly, me included.
