How would you define yourself? (Coder, Mapper, Spriter):
Spriter
If Coder, what languages?
Dabble a bit with BYOND but don't really code.
Any previous experience developing with SS13?
I developed a few specifically traitor items Image designs.
Proof of any previous or current work:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/eletuqzi79jag ... t.dmi?dl=0
How well do you know Git?
Not very well, However I have used source distribution before.
Your primary job is server development, not policing the server. You may be given Moderator-level of access but you should *not* be invoking any administrative actions unless
there are no moderators or Admins online. Do you understand? (Yes/No)
Yes, I shouldn't intervene Unless it is required of me.
Anything else you'd like to add?
The one issue with me is I'm mildly color blind, so sometimes I will get shades confused, however I have had lots of experience with media through other people one way or enougher, and with careful inspection or double checking I can usually eliminate all color issues.

First off, posting a dropbox to your work isn't ideal. It would be much better if you posted your work in the thread as images!
Secondly, the things you've posted clearly aren't fully your original work. I can see the default energy pistol/disabler in there and a recolored detective revolver. The sniper rifle isn't as obvious, but I think I can see the barrel is from one of the goon-station rifles.
I take plagiarism very seriously, so the answer is a "no".

Re: Slayer_Dusty - Spriter Application
Wasnt there a notepad in there...?
it put one in there specifically stating that this was edited content and all the original rights go to the ss13 spriters?

Oh? I must have missed over that.LouisLouiz wrote:Wasnt there a notepad in there...?

Regardless, I need to see examples of your original work.

Fixing the notepad issue now and adding one of my own designs for a "Big daddy" playermodle from Bioshock

Re: Slayer_Dusty - Spriter Application
Again, it's a bit of a hassle for me to download it. I'd MUCH prefer if you posted a picture of the sprite.
The sprite itself isn't perfect. The colors are decent, but the shading seems weird in places. The torso looks okay, but everything else isn't readable. You forgot to add shadows, a border, and to make the background behind the sprite transparent. (It would have a big white square in game)
The most important thing to do when spriting is to make sure it is readable. Clarity is very important.
I think it's pretty clear you're new to spriting, so this certainly isn't bad for a first few attempts. Unfortunately, I don't really think we have a place for you on our dev-team though.
Thank you for your application!

Do you have pictures of your work you can post?
