Description of the incident: Shuttle has just arrived at sulaco. Wounded are being pulled off. Once Jai thinks he is alone with the rest of the wounded he starts shooting heads off wounded or dead marines.

This is where he missed, I'm assuming. Probably was aiming for Arturo.

I can understand his confusion, considering he is a new player on the server and has otherwise been playing fine, and mercy killings are something we don't necessarily explain well in the rules as a violation.

That, and the fact by you firing on him, you turned this into an IC issue. It was roleplayed out the moment you killed him and put him out of the round. So, while I'll be sending him a message regarding the specifics of the griefing rule and adding this to his notes, I do not see the need to deliver a ban of any form. This will be a warning to the player accused, and will be marked in his notes.
