Survivors can spawn without flashlight or Crowbar

Bug Description: Spawn in as a Survivor with the new Survivor stuff. Notice lack of flashlight and crowbar. Weep.


Steps to reproduce:
1. Be Survivor (I was Liaison and got a briefcase, might be related)
2. Notice lack of crowbar and light
3. Stumble around in dark until locate light/survivor/xeno.

It's intentionally, I added a thing which spawns you random gear based on rng. However some survivor jobs occupy the slots taken by crowbar and such.

Both my pockets that normally contain the crowbar and the light were empty.

I'm also not entirely certain you realize how big of an issue not having those two items are. You can literally be stuck inside locations and you cannot see at all without a flashlight on the planet. Making your chances of survival go from difficult to impossible.

I don't think its a good idea to have a player spawn in as a survivor to only exist as xeno food. Especially if the player doesn't want to play as Xenos that round, then they're just out of the game for the entirety due to something completely out of their control.

Stumbling around in pitch blackness until the aliens find you isn't much fun, especially because Survivor is very time sensitive if you're gonna have a chance of survival so that stumbling until you find a lamp to carry or something is really brutal

Fixed. Adjusted a bit so crowbar and flashlight fits in pockets, and other random items are inserted in hands.
