Description of the incident: It was late into the round and the marines had just survived the xenos 2nd attempt to take the Sulaco via dropship. Everyone was calming down , getting medical help , re-arming etc. Then by the ladders in between briefing and the bridge some marine by the name of Butch Mitchell started killing his fellow marines. There was xenos around they had all been killed it was 100% safe. He preceded to first kill 2 marines by the ladders , one was dragging the other to the medbay , then he killed another person by the ladders , then 2 more near the Brig/Mp offices.

How you would punish the accused: I'd say he deserves a perma-ban , or at least a VERY long ban at that , it was very obvious he was just killing for the sake of it and not because he was in any kind of danger.
