Lurker- Alien Caste

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):So I was skimming through the Alien vs Predator wiki and I found a caste from the game Colonial Marines that was not added in this? So yeah. Get prepared how I think it should be sorted out.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):HEY! HUNTERS WHO LOVE TO FUCKING GO ALONE AND DIE DESPITE BEING TOLD BY ADMINS TO FUCKING LISTEN TO THE QUEEN? YOU ARE LUCKY TO HAVE THIS NEW CASTE. BUT YOU WILL ALSO HAVE NO MORE ACCESS TO THE FUCKIN' OP CRUSHERS AND RAVAGERs. HERE IT GOES!

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):Basically a new Runner evolution but also have mixed things with hunters. The reason I chose it with the runner bcuz I don't want easy evolutions instead of jelly. ALSO IF YOU'RE GONNA SAY. "Doesn't match with the lore." or "WOW THAT'S FUCKING GONNA RUIN THE GAMEPLAY.!" YOU'RE WRONG. http://avp.wikia.com/wiki/Lurker. Heh. Okay Lurkers will be able to team but rather love the alone operations. Also the abilites are pretty much shown in the wiki. Not much. But that faking death will block your plasma regeneration for the maximum 1-10 minutes depending on how long you do it. The maximum is 10 so once your timer ends you will auto come off. Also once marines have spotted a Lurker using that ability they have the ability to now get that metagaming rule outta the way and be able to shoot Lurkers whether or not they've used the fake death ability. They also have 2 other abilities again. Self explanatory from the wiki. But lurkers have high plasma cost and must use it wisely or else. ded. Lurkers have to be the wisest if they're gonna solo operate. Also about crusher and ravager. Bye to that once you turn lurker.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):I fucking don't care when you release it (well maybe), if it's in 5 months or so. I just wanna see a new caste as we've been having the boring old castes all the time. Just relax developers don't code this way too much like your life depends on it. I haz patience.

+1, even though this will sadly be shot down. Lurkers were an interesting xeno to me, with their ability to well, lurk. It would be itneresting to see, but for the love of god, don't let halinder do it. I get nam flashbacks of hunter halinder on the sulaco.

+1. I like it. I'd like playing as it as well. I prefer solo alien as to team alien due to the fact you have to rely on your partner to not be about as smart as a rock during combat, which happens 90% of the time..

So, hunters with fake death instead of invisibility? The sheer amount of differences with other castes and the amount of meta gaming this will end up is not worth it.

The Lurker Xenomorph is regarded by some as the perfect hybrid between a Warrior and a Runner. It almost has the same speed and prowess as a Runner does, mixed with the strength of a Warrior, which allows it to easily knock down Marine opponents.

I like the idea but salty marines will be salty.

Until I get some clarification, I'm going to be neutral. As far as I can deduce, it will have the ability to fake death, and pounce. Is that it? Not exactly unique, and will it be faster or the same speed as a hunter? will it be able to hit as hard and take as many hits as a hunter?

I can't help but cringe at the lurker feign death ability. It'll become a huge new point of meta/salt, in my opinion, when marines single out lurkers to make sure they're actually dead by further shooting/stabbing.

-1 I don't see this caste bringing anything new to xeno gameplay save for possible meta grudging via a feint mechanic.

Why not use the same sprites for both the warrior and the Lurker, this way it would be difficult for marines to meta whether it was a warrior that they had killed or whether it is in fact a lurker. Perhaps this would lead to marines just shooting all the corpses they come across, but hey, it could be fun to find out.

I swear the amount of people that just shows they saw it as TL;DR is annoying. If you'd read the wiki and my way of how these lurkers could be like in the game.

You make it seem like CM has a poorly trained staff. We are getting new mods, this shouldn't be a problem. If you'd there is no saltiness as I said. The lurkers abilities are all high plasma cost so you gotta play it wise or u die. But your opinion.

but won't marines check the names of the xeno? E.G hunter(459) and lurker(461)

That could be an issue, one solution is to make the Lurker identical in every way to a Hunter except it's abilities, that way it would appear to be a hunter even when moused over.

make lurkers take no damage if they fake death, problem solved. make it also drain plasma so aliens won't just lay there when they're spotted faking it and abuse it.

There's a time limit to it but the faint death takes all of it's plasma.

The reason I done this suggestion is cause I've been reading the wiki a lot and saw that there was a caste that wasn't added in here.
