Approximate time and date of the incident (Central US Time for fastest results): around 22:00 GMT so that's around 16:00 Central US I think

What rule(s) were broken: 2 predator code of honor rules, and 1 where it prop blocked a alien runner.

Description of the incident: The runner ran down the single square wide hole in the wall the predator made, when it tried to get out the exit was mined and propblocked by a supply crate, or a crate of some kind. Once the prop was removed by the predator the runner stepped on the mine that was laid there. The predator then hunted the injured runner down a single square tunnel, for no reason, the runner did not attack the predator in the slightest. It then killed it with wrist blades.

How you would punish the accused: Take off the white list for predator.

No rules were broken.

Runner attacked a survivor at round start who was un-armed, almost killing them while they were digging a tunnel into the caves.
Gelonvia blocked off the 1tile exit and waited for the runner to come out.
Runner was killed for killing a un-armed target which the predators view as dishonorable.

Also stupid of the runner to begin with killing survivors for no reason.
This was cleared up in-game already and Rahlzel was online as well.

That runner tried to tackle me as I was building my tunnel fort. I fought them off which they then started to slash me in an attempt to weaken me so they could take me back, I assume.

The predators in question saved me from the runner.

Situation investigated. No rules where broken here or any predetor honor code.

Really this seems more like someone who is angry that they got killed by a predator moreover if you where not directly related to this instance (example: being killed or being attacked) do not post a complaint for someone else. If they feel wronged they can make it themselves.
