Smartgun UI bug

Bug Description: Clicking the powerpack reload button on the top left sometimes causes your optical sight to turn off


Steps to reproduce:
1. click powerpack button on top left a couple times

It also disables the flashlight, thus making you more or less invisibru to friendlies

This effects all items in the top left UI. Clicking on something there may some times activate/deactivate another object. So duplicate of something else, I believe.
