Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): Basically everyone knows the SMES in AI core. It is NEVER turned on, and it is supposed to power the AI known as MOTHER.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): More immersions and less reliance on MOTHER for the marines to do ANYTHING.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): Basically modmins+ hold off on MOTHER reports until the SMES is turned on, charging and with 1+% charge. Restraint.

marines started to rely on mother because otherwise aliens'd cry too much about them not doing anything because they didn't know there're 2 aliens vs 16 marines left or something like that.
seems pretty useless to me considering all the reports bar the bioscans are not requested to be made by the marines, from what I've seen. -1.

Little do you realize Mother is also powered by the ships after thrust. Making her able to power while the ship is moving in space or orbiting a planet. Unless the ship goes down, you have Mother.

I've been an CE the other round days ago, and the MOTHER's CORE is not EASILY accesible, you pretty much had to go around to the back, and hack the door. As you should have been aware, SS13's AI are active during round start, and like it or not, we might loose nice things if we blow them up, RIP.

MOTHER is an admin-only tool at the moment. Making it smes powered would be counter to that. Denied.
