Allows you to use firearms with bigger mag capacities/firerates, without going full
out and buying a marine a big gun, and if some survivor actually makes it to the sulaco, he can
get his favorite gun modded to actually be more useful.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):
Order kit through requisitions, its just a single item that looks like a box or whatever, you sit down and use it on your rifle/pistol
must have all accessories removed off the gun for this to work,however.
Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):
Marine finds gun out in the planet, comes back to sulaco for whatever reason, somehow convinces the RO to give him a chance and order the thing, and
bam. now a marine can use a slightly better firearm using the marine's already available ammunition.
This way, it's a bit more standardized since they use regular rounds and its just not some simple easy-to-get modification.

You'd still need custom magazines, time to do the coversion, etc.

As a marine, you should be doing your JOB planetside, not dicking around with a random gun you found.
