alien locations in hive status

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):when you go in to the hive status, at least for the queen, you could see where every alien is.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):It could help catch the rule breakers that don't listen to the queens orders.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):It could benefit the queen by seeing where the aliens are so she knows if everyone is on the metal bird, fighting Nexus, etc.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): probably coding this idea is making the console marine locator into an alien locator in hive status

This was in the pre alpha,not sure why it was removed,maybe the ammount of lag it caused?
