New attachment: Sling.

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): It's a sling that just holds your weapon, I mean, what else can this thing do? Many people hate losing their machetes and secondary rifles from their backs.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): For those who carry weapons on their backs, the sling can work like a mag harness, whenever you get stunned, instead of going into the armour slot, it goes to the back.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): As said, whenever a player is stunned, his sling draws the weapon to the back slot, maybe make it usable for machetes too. It takes the STOCK attachment slot.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): Coding?????

I mean, I'm not convinced more unloseable weapons are fine, maybe just having the current magstrap snap to the back slot if the armor one is unavailable.

I hate when my machetes and riot shields just get dragged away. Maybe the sling would be something uhhh, special, yeah. Would have a special name for it?

Instead of having a sling attatchment, have a sling replace your backpack. Obviously if you're carrying a weapon on your back you're already giving up your backpack, but this will prevent the standard marines from slapping the attachment on their rifle so they just never lose it.

I always thought the sling should just replace the mag harness, it seemed like a high tech solution to a low tech problem. But the back slot thing could be cool. Maybe have some distinction like "tactical sling" or something to at least acknowledge the fact that all back-equippable weapons have slings.

All weapons technically have a sling that allows them to go into the armor/back slots. The mag harness is supposed to prevent them from flying off into the wild. I would enable back snap-to incase the armor wasn't available, but not all mag-harnessed guns are capable of fitting on the back. One example is the M39 (along with the other smgs). So denied for now.
