Light a cigarette, with a lit cigarette

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
Allow cigarettes to be lit up with a already lit cigarette.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
Just something small and neat, that has been bugging me and some others for a while.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):
With a lit cigarette in hand click on a cigarette that is unlit to light it up.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):
Coding I assume, shouldn't be too hard.

Id like to expand the idea - add possibility to light cigarettes with not only cigarettes itself but cigars, flares and welders as well, because eventually its dem mehrines not a pussy colonists.

1+ Don't Lie we all tried to do this in game in the past. Also make it possible to light up cigarets with flares
