SADAR doesn't fire rockets, instead fires smoke

Bug Description: Title


Steps to reproduce:
1. Get SADAR
2. Load Rocket
3. Fail to fire Rocket only produce smoke.

Can confirm, the SADAR just produces back-blast when attempted at being fired with both HE and Anti-Tank rounds. Could not test the phosphorous rounds.

crap. sorry, was tinkering with the smoke puff and it broke something, it should be patched shortly.
