Player Complaint (Yeah I wasn't making three different reports on this one)

Griefing (Darius Fea)

Marine Specific: Only the Commander may authorize executions of prisoners. You must make a ship-wide announcement and the reason for the execution known to the crew (and who is carrying out the sentence if it's not you). If you just shoot a prisoner for no reason, it's murder. (John Hayter and Hecken Shutze)

Description of the incident: I was Redeploying after the XO attacked me and near killed me and two other marines via gunfight. Inwhich the MP dragged the XO onto the shuttle. Inwhich I questioned why they had them on the shuttle. They said they were to be executed by sending them down to the planet to "face" their fate. After we landed I told the MP to take them back, they refused so I aimed at them and they decided to fire back and kill me. There was NO announcement of said execution NOR is this a correct method.

Evidence (screenshots, logs, etc): Logs are sadly lost.

How you would punish the accused: Ban to the XO, And jobbans for the MP and CO.

What? .. oh yeah i remember that round. there was no commander by the time it happened, The XO got killed (by you) so i cloned him back so he could face a trial, there was two BO at that time, so they were at charge and they ordered me to leave him on the planet, when you aimed at me i yelled at you explaining it but you kept aiming, since i had a revolver in my hand i had to defend myself. In my opinion, it's weird to protect the man that was trying to kill you AND later on, kept trying to.

I don't have logs either so.. it's useless to argue about this. I was just following orders but if that made you so upset, please accept my apologies. Shit like this happens all the time in SS13

I stand corrected, I thought there was an CO at the time, Atleast when I checked the Crew Manifest there was.

Plus I didn't kill the XO, that was Xur I think, I was too busy getting my chest fixed for the billionth time... Fucking AP rounds.

I'm not blaming you Xur, all I remember is almost dieing again and another marine that's a regular player rolled in, gunned down the XO and then dragged me back to Medical. Either way this complaint is becoming quite invalid and offtrack.
