Description of the incident: Bridge Officer enters Brig and enters weapon storage, grabs combat shotgun and refuses to put it back on its place, after being repeatly asked to stand down and being reported to commander he opens fire at office Maria Kozlowska.

• The subject in this investigation is "Suspect(S)'s CKEY"/(Smokey Brown), a Bridge Officer who was taking a shotgun from the MP's armory
• The victim in this investigation is "Victim(V)'s CKEY"/Maria Kozlowski], an MP who was attempting to stop Smokey from taking the shotgun verbally.
• "Responder(VR1)'s CKEY"/(April Fiscina) is a Bridge Officer who was speaking with Smokey and responded to the fight by shooting Smokey and helping the victim.
• "Bystander(NB1) CKEY"/(Lori 'Ember' Tellows) is the CO who was calling for MP's to the Showers(?)/Chowhall and was neutral during the event (As he wasn't actually present)

  Player PM from (V)’s CKEY/(V's IC Name)(?): I was MP and found that BO Smokey Brown began opening and taking stuff from the secured armory in Brig. Removing lethal ammo from the shotguns and placing them in their bag, upon questioning response was  "Checking stock" or something similar. When told that its against protocl they ignored me and grabbed shotgin with themselves. I reported it to command who told them to stand down. Browny after being repeatly told to stop decided to leave the armory section. I followed them and ended up being shot in the back after walking in front of them. Browny was then killed by MP and second BO while I dragged myself to medbay

  Conclusion: This is clearly grief. SecretStamos handled the three other griefers who were on at that time but missed this guy.
