Description of the incident: The round started and Laurencia Carter has joined as Chief Engineer. From one of the previous rounds when I was playing as Chief Engineer, I had a feeling that this player was up to no good. Now, some time after round start, I was playing as MP, so I've decided keep an eye on the Chief Engineer because I had a feeling that something would go wrong. I was right. I jumped to the Engineering cameras and noticed that the Chief Engineer was building a pipeline system leading from the radiation collectors towards outside the Engine room instead of setting up the engine ( unfortunately, I didn't have a screenshot thingy set up so I couldn't take any ). About an hour later into the round, the engine explodes, either by the Chief Engineer's negligence or her deliberate tampering.
Evidence (screenshots, logs, etc): Unfortunately, I couldn't take any screenshots and I don't think my logs will help.
How you would punish the accused: Job-ban.
EDIT: Found her again next round when she was playing as a Researcher (again) and had a talk in LOOC. I think a job-ban will suffice.
