Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): You know, you were walking around the FoB. That was the moment when you decided to walk out of it and take some good urinetherapy. AND AS NOBODY EXPECTED, SOMETHING BLACK JUMPED OUT BUSHED AND CUTTED OFF YOUR DICK USING IT'S TAIL, YOU TRY TO SCREAM, BUT NOBODY HEARS YOU THROUGH THE BORDER OF THE SCREEN, BLACK FUCK JUMPS ON YOU AND BEGINS HIS FACERAPE and you feel shame. If only... You've got something... You know... To call others in the next room so they can hear you and it fast...

OK, what about whistle hanging on your face and you can activate it using icon next to your armor's lamp icon? And it will send someone not-so-far-away your true location for a short time. Marines who's f*cking with whistles get f*cked in butt by their squadmates.

Or something that way, it's just a suggestion.

Okay, so, it's not a..Terrible idea. Think the scream one is better. Realistically, why the hell would the marines have this, at all?

For shits & Giggles.. It should be a random spawn at the start of the round, only one marine gets It... OR it's a donation item

If there's no realistic reason for this, then I'm giving a -1. This would be much better replaced with the scream suggestion.

+1, also theres already scream sound in SS13 so for example, when some aluem jumped on mehrin or mehrin went in critical condition automatic scream sound may be played.

Id say screaming is less stupid than a whistle and we already have some codebases with it. I'm not a coder but I'd say that making a sound effect everytime you *scream is pretty easy.
