Bug Description: Title
Steps to reproduce:
1. Use all the cables in a coil save the last one.
2. Attempt to wire a door/repair a prosthetic
3. Notice how nothing occurs and the cable disappears into the ether.
Last cable coil piece gets used up without actually being used

If I recall it'll be a sort of dead item too. If you inspect the coil it'll say something like "there are 0 pieces of cable in this coil". Used to see them lying around in the prep room often.
