Bug Description: You apparently can't order the crate from cargo with the sniper/smartgun ammo. I haven't actually tried doing this, but it was brought up in deadchat.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Be RO.
2. Try to get more sniper/smartgun ammo.
3. Can't order the special ammo crate because it's not listed.
