Sulaco Vents Mislabeled

Bug Description:

As an alien when you choose to go to, for example, vent 11, it'll pop you up at some other vent that's not vent 11. And they're all buggered.

Steps to Reproduce:

Try to vent travel as a Xeno on the Sulaco.

Confirmed. This has been an issue since the newest version of the Sulaco map.

Part of the issue is that the Sulaco is only comprised of 3 areas - Fore, Aft, Hanger. The code finds vents, cycles through them, and gives them numbers and names based on the areas (Hanger #1, Hanger #2, etc), which is why there's like 20 vents in each of the 3 areas, making it pretty much a guessing game as to where you'll end up.

Well, I suppose, one way to deal with this, would be to create new areas, but we'd need more APCs/Power
