Shotgun won't fire

Bug Description: Sometimes (I've only discovered this issue after learning I could handload but I'm not positive that that is related to the problem) the shotgun will just go click. I can't pump it again, it still has rounds in it and even reloading doesn't help the issue. I have no clue what causes it but it's caused me to die twice due to shotgun not behaving as it should.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Use shotgun over course of a round
2. ?????
3. refuses to fire under any circumstances

If you pump it when you first spawn it, you'll know. Just unload the magazine, reload, try to pump it. If it won't pump, get a new shotgun. That's my fix and it works for now.

Can't wait to turn into Reaper from overwatch with 20 shotguns.

Also these shotguns work when I first use them, but then fail to work later.
