1. Don't be a Dick. - "Dickish" and "Asshole" behavior will not be tolerated. If you're pissing someone off, you're probably going to get spoken to. Punishment is up to the staff member and maybe be anything from a warning to a 10-day ban depending on the severity. This includes OOC racism.

Griefing - Defined as the perceived intent of one player wanting to cause grief or annoyance to other players or to the server without any roleplay reason. The emphasis is on "intent". If an Admin or Mod believes that the players intent is to grief then action will be taken. You can appeal these actions on the Ban Appeals forum. Any damage to the station or players caused by griefing can be repaired at an Admin's discretion.

Description of the incident:

As I was playing, I've lost contact with several marines, but for a short time, they started talking an EMP was set off and I hear Locke Tucker crying out that her arm blew up and Saul Freytia doing nothing about it but just, "ICly laughing at her". And after the round ended as I quickly pulled off an assault as a commander, keeping Executive Officer in charge of Sulaco, he started responding by how "salty" Tucker is. INSTEAD of apologizing. Staff ruled it as an IC issue and it's BULLSHIT.

Evidence (screenshots, logs, etc):

After telling Desolane to expect a report.
After the round ended in a quick assault.
Claiming it was all okay, how amazing this "shit" was.
Whatever this is.

How you would punish the accused:

I'd like honestly a ban for this player, just to take time off, your call on how much time it'd be however.

I'm not mad. I'm dissapointed. Dissapointed in the help I get when my round is ruined.

I may have been quite salty, and digging deep for all those white grains...

But I still deserve my fair share of justice.

I'd just like to bring this up, quickly, after being told about this -

At the point of when I was told that Saul would be getting me, at this point I held this situation as a, "If a guy pushed me off a cliff and then offered to help me up, I'd refuse." situation. Now, my wording was vulgar, vulgar indeed, and I should remain calm.

But I don't believe that, as I have been told, I "stretched" my authority with who should get me, when Saul was the one who blew my hand off in the first place, then laughed like an absolute psychopath about it ICly.

Would you want to be helped by the cliff-pusher? Or the nearest guy next to him?

I'd accept a ban for that. It was A. Accidental, because I don't check every single person for robotic limbs before detonating an EMP, and B. Laughing like a psychopath over causing discomfort and pain is the way I designed Saul to be.

I would like to apologize now to the person after all is said and done and the moment has passed.

Did it for the sake of doing it. No real intent behind the deed. Like throwing a flashbang or a cleaner grenade. Or filling every slot on your gun with an attachment. No real reason to do the things but the end result always seems to end with a mound of shit on my lap and a heavy amount of "I'm honestly a retard, not an asshole." to fess up to.
