Bug Description: Hiding in a closet with a station bounced radio allows general Sulaco to be heard but only sometimes and some people only strangely enough.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Grab a station bounced radio with both settings turned on.
2. Step into a closet of some sort, I used the cabinet in the Corp dome.
3. Hear marines speaking, but only some strangely enough
