Description of the incident:
I was the CO and moving on with my business then i saw Danny Tipper in armory and the armory's doors have been destroyed.
So i went in to check and found out that he didn't do it but Allen Bode who came to armory shorty after i saw Danny in armory, he said that Danny lied and he gave him the C4 but danny used it wrongly.
I was going to arrest both of them for investigation but before i say anything Allen started loading bullets into my face and chest with a pistol and i tased him.
I was panicking that i killed him with the ceremonial blade while down on the floor.

How you would punish the accused:
I don't really know if what he did was from the WY fax if so then i would say nothing.
But if he did it intentionally i think he needs a lil ban and a note for not doing what the fax said.

Then opens fire when they try to capture him.

It goes on as you say, you killing him with the sword. I'm going to say this is indeed griefing too, since it seems to me they just wanted a gun, said gun being the one they unloaded on you.
