Supply Crates: Stocks attachment

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): Add the stocks in a separate supply crate, or at least make it order-ready somewhere.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): Will allow for more than three stocks to be deployed and/or destroyed within the whole round.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): The crate would cost as much as other attachment crates, but at least it'd offer the possibility for marines and requisition to add more stocks to the marine's arsenal. Marines generally loose the stocks to acid so it just destroy the purpose after their hand-out.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): Copy a crate, change the items.
