Bug Description:
Electrified vending machines shock you as if you used them without doing so if someone else uses them and you're adjacent to the electrified machine.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Electrify a vending machine.
2. Stand beside the vending machine.
3. Have someone else use the vending machine.
4. Get electrified on each use/interaction done by the other person as if you had interacted with it.

Not entirely sure if bug or intentional. Its an AoE shock for anything within 1 tile of the vendor.

Piggybacking off of this because I think they're related.

If you use a vending machine but still stay within range, occasionally when someone else uses it, the GUI will come back up for you.

This is probably that same effect being applied.

Can agree, when you use a vendor then exit out and then another person uses it, the GUI pops back up.
