Bug Description: You are unable to take out the trash as an MP as the disposals area is blocked by Cargo exclusive doors and the way in from Engineering is CE-access only.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Be MT
2. Try to take on a janitor role
3. Fail miserably because of the map issues leading to you not being able to get to the area ):

You can use disposals right?
Cause, we don't want EVERYONE to be able to space everything, at all times.
