Hangar building warning message links to a restricted forum.

Bug Description: When this message pops up:

Clicking on the 'marine specific rules' link leads to a restricted forum: http://colonial-marines.com/viewtopic.php?f=57&t=1363

Steps to reproduce:
1. Try to build in hangar.
2. Get the warning message.
3. Click the link.

Well if I can,t see the rules... Joke aside, maybe it's simply outdated.

That links to the archive, it's definitely wrong.
Rule stands though.
