Flamethrower for everyone

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): Make flamethrower FREE-TO-PICK PRIMARY like shotgun or rifle.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): It will make flamethrower more usual weapon and will increase marine's FF.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):We have specialist's flamethrower, wich is bitchy free and he can give it to anyone, but he does not, because he picks high defence armor and goes to die with flamethrower and shield. Yeah, it's must be rare, but why not to make it "ONLY ONE FLAMETHROWER PER WEAPON RACK"? May be useful in some way.

I don't trust marines with AP, I don't trust marines with flamers.
Flamers are pretty terrible at the moment anyways, has it's uses, but is generally terrible.

Also we'd have squads with all flamers which does not need an explanation as to why it's a bad idea.

Why not just make CM into a grief/deathmatch killbox? We have a lot of features that just kill marines themselves already.
