Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
Nests need to be easier to escape but not in the form of changing anything mechanically. Aliens build nests in a way that makes it damn near impossible to escape a nest.
Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
It will keep people in the game longer and give Sentinels more work rather than sitting around waiting for marines to attack the nest.

Most of the time Aliens build their nests like this.

This prevents the player from escaping because the aliens know when the player breaks free. They then open one of the nearby doors and now the wounded marine has to face an alien in hand-to-hand combat. The alien wins almost every time.
Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):
If we could create a rule against this or even make it so that the aliens don't know when the marine escapes, that would give the marine a fair chance at escape. We could even replace nests that are placed on the ground with nests that are placed onto walls so that the aliens can't just build their own Alcatraz's wherever they want.

Nah, there is a problem with current balance in nesting/escaping, but that is not a way to fix it. -1
