SADAR becomes fog machine at melee range.

Bug Description: Attempt to fire a SADAR without harm intent on. Watch smoke pour out magically.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Load SADAR
2. Find Willing/Unwilling subject
3. MAGIC SMOKE FOREVER

It appears to be the melee attack with a loaded SADAR causing the issue.
However, point blank firing the SADAR while only holding it with one hand also leads to the issue.

However it still must be loaded.
