I might be stealing the thunder of Skycave, but I am going to be playing XCOM 2 and giving a mission play by play. If you are not on the following list, you may post in this thread regarding joining the Avenger's crew. The list is as follows:

MISSION #1:

Operation Gatecrasher:
Total casualties: 0 Soldiers
Total Enemy casualties: 5 Advent Grunts, 1 Advent Officer.
Highlights: After a stunning first-contact ambush, the as-yet unnamed squad ripped through the forward force of three Advent Grunts, amber blood spraying everywhere. One rookie moved into a bad position where she was flanked by two more grunts and an officer. Luckily the rest of the squad exterminated that chance, leaving the officer. The combined fire of two flanking rookies eradicated the officer and the squad was free to plant the X4 charges and extract safely.
Loot: PCS Focus, Expanded Magazine, 5 Advent Grunt corpses, 1 Advent Officer corpse
Mission Rating: Flawless

I haven't had much luck with my character in previous attempts at this, but Dennis Hunt is ready to catch a few bullets/plasma projectiles if you need a meat shield.

MISSION #2

Operation Diamond Chalice:
Total casualties: 0
Total wounded: 1
Total Enemy casualties: 6
Highlights: After some stealthy advancing, the squad of Wright, Khan, Hunt, and an unnamed sharpshooter encountered their first enemy, the diabolical Sectoid. After taking care of it in short order via an ambush sprung by a grenade, they were set upon by an Officer and a Grunt. The Officer marked the sharpshooter and he got winged by a gauss blast, but the officer was summarily executed after the grunt went down. The Link was destroyed by Khan and the sharpshooter, but they sprung another trap with a sectoid and a grunt. Hunt rushed forward in a daze of bloodlust to strike at the Sectoid with a cleaving blow, almost felling the beast. The grunt was flanked by Khan and riddled with more holes than swiss cheese. The Sectoid mindspun Khan into panick, but Hunt slew the alien with another powerful sword blow.
Loot: 1 Elerium Core, 1 Advanced Expanded Magazine, 3 Advent Grunt corpses, 2 Sectoid corpses, 1 Advent OFficer corpse
Mission Rating: Excellent
